Athlon by Aldar is Dubai's first master-planned community built entirely around the principle of active living. Developed in partnership with Manchester City Football Club and designed with input from world-leading wellbeing experts, Athlon integrates movement into every aspect of daily life. The development spans 1,492 units across nine distinct sub-communities in Dubailand, adjacent to Arabian Ranches 3 and positioned between Sheikh Zayed Bin Maktoum Al Nahyan Street and Emirates Road. Unit types range from 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses to 3 to 6-bedroom standalone villas, with sizes from 2,278 to 9,207 square feet. Under construction with handover scheduled for Q3 2028, Athlon represents Aldar's inaugural master community project in Dubai.

Athlon is the first community in Dubai jointly created with Manchester City Football Club, developed around active design principles with world-leading wellbeing experts and athletes. The community features a 4.6km trail-running loop, a 2.2km family loop and a 3.7km cycling loop connecting directly to Al Qudra's cycling tracks.
